Guangxi Nanning Electronics Technology Plaza is located at No. 14 Xinghu Road, in Nanning’s premier IT commercial district. Invested in and completed in 2000, it was conceived as a comprehensive electronics marketplace integrating sales and exhibition, research and development, training, services, and management. The complex is characterized by its full functionality, comfortable environment, professional management, and high-quality services.

The total operating area exceeds 40,000 square meters. The building consists of 16 above-ground floors and one basement level, with retail spaces occupying Floors 1 to 6 and office spaces on Floors 7 to 16, while the basement serves as a parking facility. The retail area covers approximately 20,000 square meters, office space 17,000 square meters, warehouse space 3,000 square meters, and the parking area 3,600 square meters, providing around 200 fixed parking spaces. The complex adopts an integrated “retail + office + warehouse” structure, making it the largest specialized IT products marketplace in Guangxi.

With the completion and opening of Phase II in September 2007, the total operational area expanded to over 40,000 square meters. The number of tenant businesses exceeded 600, employing nearly 6,000 people. Additional hybrid functions—including a dedicated repair center, a logistics hub, and a food and leisure plaza—were introduced, further diversifying the complex. As a result, it became one of the most dynamic IT product wholesale and retail distribution centers in the region, with a high volume of commercial transactions.
